Once your registration has been submitted and paid for, artwork will be juried and all decisions are final.
The registration fee of $25 will not be refunded, so before submitting your registration, read the requirements, complete your project budget and materials list to be sure you can complete the proposed project within your budget.
Artists take personal responsibility for their safety while creating the materials and should take care in materials and processes not to put themselves at risk of harm.
Neither Straight River Arts nor it's affiliates accept responsibility for harm, breakage, theft, vandalism or other issues arising from the artists' participation in the event.
Artists should ensure that they have proper insurance on their artwork, businesses and studios prior to registration. (Consult your insurance provider for details.)
Payment will be made as $1000 upon acceptance of proposal and signed contract. $1000 halfway through the contract period, and the final $400 when project is completed and installed.
